9:00 – 9:15 Opening
Welcoming people to the workshop and presenting our main goal and motivation for the workshop. Introducing the schedule and activities.

9:15 – 10:30 Session 1 – Introduction of the participants (Part 1)
Each paper author and invited guest should present his/her work using a 3-5 slides long presentation. The goal is to allow people to get familiar with each other’s work and build a foundation for the following activities. Each presenter has 10 min for presenting who he/she is and affiliation, the work submitted to the workshop, and overall interests on trust and past work on the topic if desirable. A 5 min discussion and questioning time is allowed in between presentations. Five (5) participants in a volunteer order will present in this first slot.

10:30 – 11:00 Coffee break (as per the CSCW schedule)

11:00 – 12:00 Session 1 – Introduction of the participants (Part 2)
Resuming presentation of the participants as per indication in part 1 of Session 1.
The three (03) remaining participants in a volunteer order will present in this first slot.
15 min for wrap up and summary of presentations by the organizers.

12:00 – 13:30 Lunch break (as per the CSCW schedule)

13:30 – 3:30 Session 2 – Group discussion and development of a theoretical framework
The goal of this activity is to build a framework from knowledge acquired in the first session and on the topic. The main outcome is a theoretical framework to guide future research. Participants will work in groups as assigned by the organizers as follows: 30 min for group discussion, 15 min for group swaps, 15 min for second group swaps, 30 min for presentation of group discussions, 30 min for overall discussion and synthesis of the discussed framework proposal.

3:30 – 4:00 Coffee break (as per the CSCW schedule)

4:00 – 5:15 Session 3 – Tool design
Group discussion on how existent knowledge can improve the design of tools to support trust development in virtual teams. Again, participants will work in groups here but this time people will assign themselves to groups as a way to let people work with whom they felt more close to in their research interests. We will have a 30 min group discussion on tool requirements, 30 min presentation of group requirements, and 15min for overall discussion and synthesis of the tool requirements identified.
